Since I began to regulate my gluten intake,I've always wondered what a breadless breakfast sandwich would taste like. Food can still be as delicious without the conventional trimmings. It's packed with two brain superfoods : avocado and egg, making it ideal for those intense study sessions or hectic work days .I am proud to present this creation.
Ingredients:
2 hash-browns. (available at Spar and PnP)
1 Iarge egg
1 small avocado
A pinch of salt (optional)
1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Bake the hash-browns at 220 degrees until the the top is slightly crispy and light brown.
In a cup, mash the avocado with a fork thereafter add salt.
Fry your egg .I like mine sunnyside up & do them last so they're still warm when I plate up.
Add the avocado filling between the two hashbrowns. Place the egg on top and sprinkle cheddar cheese for a homerun!
Dig in.
