Banana & Avocado smoothie bowl

I'm addicted to smoothies! In truth, this addiction has been facilitated by the persistence of my 3-year-old blender. The richness of this smoothie is the definitely the hook. Whether snacking in between meals or making a breakfast bowl for my family, the banana & avocado's interplay with other ingredients surely has a soft spot in my heart.








Ingredients:

1 cup of milk (of your choice)

1 ripe banana

1/2 ripe avocado

1 tbsp peanut butter

3 heaped tbsp of Coconut double-cream yoghurt

1 tbsp of honey


Directions:

Start with the liquid. Pour in the milk, then add the bananas and avocado. Blend at a high speed.

Add the peanut butter. Blend until smooth.

Add greek yoghurt and honey and blend for another 30 seconds.

Top with banana slices then sprinkle chia seeds on the smoothie bowl for a good protein kick.
