A cafe classic: iced-coffee
A dose of sugar and caffeine is just what this season ordered.

Caffeine isn't always the villain it's painted to be - well, when consumed in moderation of course. A kick of energy from your own kitchen? Let's brew this bev!
Ingredients
400 ml of water
2-4 tablespoons of ground coffee beans (preferred strength)
Sweetened condensed milk (preferred amount)
6-8 Ice-cubes
1-2 teaspoons of collagen powder (optional but great for your skin & hair)
Instructions
Filter the coffee beans in 400 ml of hot water using a coffee machine.
Let the brew sit in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours, covered.
Add iced-cubes and the preferred amount of condensed milk.
Stir in the collagen powder - it also makes the iced-coffee creamier.
Enjoy your mazagran like the French soldiers in 1840!
