Gluten-free Banana & Oat pancakes

Breakfast has never been so effortless yet delicious. The simplicity of these pancakes makes them standout - easy to make and easy to source. This 3-ingredient breakfast is just a blender and sizzling hot frying pan away from your enjoyment.


Gluten-free oats are a great option for those who are sensitive to the gluten protein. For those with no sensitivity or preference, regular rolled oats will do.

While auntying, performing the many duties of a millennial aunt, my eldest nephew's love for making pancakes himself hinted that they're great way of enjoying quality time in the kitchen with the little ones and making a mess together.


Ingredients:

1 cup gluten-free rolled Oats

2 large Eggs

1 1/2 large ripe Bananas

1 tablespoon Butter or margarine


Topping these pancakes is the fun part. Because the pancake itself doesn't have an overpowering flavor you can top them with almost anything! From honey, syrup, fresh fruit, chocolate chips, nuts to even peanut butter.


Instructions:

> Blend the ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds.

> Melt the butter in a nonstick pan on medium heat.

> Scoop the batter to the desirable pancake size. Fry the batter until a crispy brown layer forms
