4-Ingredient Mac 'n Cheese

After strolling around a grocery store for a good 30mins desparately looking for something to cook for dinner, this vegetarian comfort food became my new budget-friendly go-to dinner. And yes, the sticky cheese is the star of the dish, I'd make it over and over again.




Ingredients:

4 cups Macaroni (teacups)

1 1/2 cup milk

1 sachet 38g of Knorr Creamy Cheese sauce

2 1/2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese


[Serves 3]


Instructions:

- Boil the macaroni in water for 25 - 30 minutes on high. Make sure the macaroni is completely soaked in the hot water and

periodically stir with a spoon to prevent it from sticking together.

- In a pan, simmer the milk until it starts to steam and add the Creamy cheese sauce contents. Stir the sauce well until it becames thick in consistency.

- Add the sauce to the macaroni then mix in the grated cheese until it melts & is sticky. Ensure that the pot is on low heat as you combine the ingredients to assist in the melting of the cheese.


Serve while hot and season with salt if you prefer :)
